POP-UP STORE RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased at our Liverpool One Pop Up Shop are exchange only and are not eligible for a refund, unless faulty. Exchanges can only be processed in person at the store location and cannot be sent back via post. In store exchanges can be processed up until 12.01.25 when the store will close.

gift cards 

all gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. if an item is purchased using a gift card and returned, the refund will be issued back to the gift card.

gENERAL RETURNS POLICY

Exchanges/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the product was received (except for gift cards which are non refundable). Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

In the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please submit a returns request by clicking the link above or CLICKING HERE

Please be aware that returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of submitting the returns request. Items must be returned in all original packaging (including dust bag) and in ‘as new’ condition. All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your proof of purchase receipt within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse & are signed for.

To protect yourself and your parcel(s), please make sure you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) & the item(s) must be recorded & signed for.

Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse & are signed for. Once your item(s) arrive back to our warehouse, exchanges/refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.

At this stage, we are unable to cover return shipping costs.
