Exchanges/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the product was received. Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

In the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please submit a returns request by clicking the link above or CLICKING HERE

Please be aware that returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of submitting the returns request. Items must be returned in all original packaging (including dust bag) and in ‘as new’ condition. All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your proof of purchase receipt within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse & are signed for.
