SHIPPING

 

Orders are shipped worldwide by DPD

 

  • UK Next Working Day (May increase to 2-3 days during peak periods) - Free of charge 
  • UK Express Saturday Delivery (Order before 1pm) - £4.00 
  • Europe & International (3+ days) -  £15.00


CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 

Order before 1pm Thursday 20th December for delivery in time for Christmas. 

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY 

If your gift was purchased on or after Monday 19th November you can return it to us by Sunday 6th January for an exchange or refund. All other conditions of the return & refund policy remain unchanged. 

Please be advised that due to the busy nature of the Christmas period refunds may take slightly longer to process.


RETURNS POLICY  

All transactions are processed via Braintree Payments or PayPal and are encrypted for your safety. All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. Credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally. 

Exchanges/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the product was received. Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase. 

In the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please submit a returns request by going to the my orders section of your YELIR WORLD account online. 

Please be aware that returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of submitting the returns request. 

Items must be returned in all original packaging (including dust bag) and in ‘as new’ condition. All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your proof of purchase receipt within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We would suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) and obtaining proof of postage. At this stage we are unable to cover return shipping costs.

Once your item(s) arrive back to our warehouse, exchanges/refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.

The actual charge price to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in any item price. All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid meaning any fees are charged once the parcel reaches its final destination and must be paid by the recipient.
